Music is one of God's greatest gifts. This page has a variety of music related items on it. Links, band information, and a player with some of my favorite songs on it. Take a minute and check it out.
My hope is that after you have read the site's material for the day, maybe you will leave the main page or this page up, and just let the Player provide inspirational worship music for you while you work. Turn it up. Listen to the words. God is talking to you.
I had the wonderful experience of playing in Greg Coplen's band at Oak Hills Church in San Antonio this past weekend (Jan. 17-18). We played three services for a thousand or more people each service. It was an awesome experience to look out on that many people worshiping. The second service was pretty amazing because David Robinson, formerly of the San Antonio Spurs, was out there singing along to every song.
Our set consisted of some pretty rockin' worship tunes and a ballad Greg wrote. All in all, it went over well. The sound was incredible. The entire band and all four vocalists had a great time.
Huge stadium style sound. I've never heard my guitar wail like that in such a huge room. Truly a blessing to be able to provide worship for over three thousand people in two days.
